About Us

Susan Winlaw studied textile science at the University of Guelph and then spent many years working at Sears Canada Inc. Susan had many different roles at Sears from the textiles testing lab, to the retail store and buying departments, to computer systems managing various projects. She also spent much of her private time as an automotive journalist, which put her behind the wheel of over 1,000 cars and trucks on the road and to vehicle launches and auto shows in England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland - and her favorite - Monte Carlo.

Alexander Law studied theatre arts and then began a career in journalism, writing about sports, business, politics, entertainment and eventually the auto industry. He has contributed to newspapers, magazines, websites and
TV shows in Canada, England and the U.S., including Car
and Driver, NY Times, Toronto Star, Better Homes and Gardens, Popular Science, Automotive News, Edmunds, Auto Week, Financial Times and Auto123. At the same time he wrote a novel called “To An Easy Grave” that you may find at your local library. Alexander has driven over 2,000 different cars in endless countries and has over 3 Million frequent flyer miles to prove it.
